He has managed with teams, local and global infrastructures as small as 10 users to over 500,000 users; multi-country, site, datacenter (including cloud datacenters), up to 25000 servers.

Nicholas has demonstrats exceptional acumen in deploying cloud-based solutions like Microsoft Azure and Azure AVS, as well as mastering VMware architecture. Adept at networking, Hybrid infrastructures, Windows servers, workstations, M365, Domain design, builds, and upgrades, he has significantly advanced disaster recovery processes, migrations, and sustainability for organizations ranging from small businesses to large global enterprises. His strategic vision has been instrumental in transitioning on-premises data centers to cloud environments while ensuring scalability and robustness of the deployed solutions.

Currently serving as a Lieutenant at Fenix24, Nicholas leads efforts to restore normal operations following cyber and ransomware attacks, setting industry benchmarks for efficiency and effectiveness in crisis management. Prior to this role, he served as an Azure AVS and VMware Architect at Insight where he facilitated multiple customers’ migration to Azure Cloud services. His portfolio also includes a tenure at Microsoft as a Senior Consultant where he worked on diverse projects involving Active Directory infrastructure upgrades and security enhancements in Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS). Nicholas’s leadership was further exhibited during his time at Beam Suntory as Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Windows Tower Lead (TCS). His consultant roles at WNC Insurance Services, Anixter, Experian Health, AIM Specialty Health, and Advanced Resources showcased his expertise in infrastructure engineering across various domains.
